For Recruiters, we make your job easier, by making sure the nurses you are searching for are profiled, with all you need to know about them, we expose your jobs to millions of nurses on our database and post your advertisements directly to their emails. We prepared the platform to give you exactly the type of nurses and midwives you are hoping to recruit.

No you do not need to pay to create profile on Nursesprofile website. Initial profile creation is free for Nurses who wants to register on Nursesprofile platform.

Yes your license or evidence of awaiting license is a requirement for profile creation on Nursesprofile platform. This is to ensure the level of nurses who use Nursesprofile and to ensure all nurses who are in Nursesprofile platform have passed their final registration exams.

Based on your profile settings, other nurses can contact you, recruiters can contact you. However, you can set your profile on private mode when you do not wish to be contacted by anybody or set it to be open for recruiters only.

Your profile is in our platform as long as you want it to be there, once you choose to delete or deactivate your profile, simply follow the deactivation process or make a request to the admin and we will help you.

You have an option to select companies to whom you do not wish to reveal your resume. Once you have logged in to your account, click on ‘Settings’ in ‘My Profile’ tab visible at the top right corner of the page. On mobile, you can find this in the side menu bar. Click on the ‘Blocked Companies’ section. Here, you can search and select the company that you want to block. It may be your current employer or any other company. If you cannot find the company name in the list, search for the company using search box.Recruiters from the companies selected will not be able to view your profile. We will try our best to conceal you profile from these companies but we cannot guarantee this.

Note that genuine recruiters do not ask for money to schedule interviews or offer a job. If you are receiving such calls or emails, beware as this might be a job scam.

We regret that sometimes, despite our best efforts, false job postings are listed online, and non-existing job offers are sent via email to illegally collect personal information and/or money from unsuspecting nurses. Please note that NursesProfile does not approve of, or represent any employer or recruiter sending such fraudulent communication, which in fact are a violation of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, we remain vigilant every day - When we receive complaints from nurses about fraudulent or suspicious emails, we promptly notify the concerned employer client and, if necessary, block them from using our services. Report such cases to clarity@nursesprofile.com

On basis of past complaints from jobseekers, we encourage you to be wary of the following:

  1. Do not share your personal, non-work related information such as Credit Card numbers or Bank information over phone or email
  2. Do not provide a call back phone number or provide contact information that is outside the country
  3. Do not trust anyone asking for any kind of payment for Job Applications, conducting interviews, or any other such employment/recruitment related purpose
  4. Beware of anyone promising a guaranteed job/interview call
  5. Beware of calls/emails from people claiming to be NursesProfile employees. Only emails from info@nursesprofile.com or with extension @nursesprofile.com belongs to  NursesProfile employees
